After a few days of terrible coffee (sorry NY Bagel Shops), I needed something familiar and place an online order at this Starbucks. It happened to be red cup day so I got my gorgeous plastic reusable red cup and a Peppermint Mocha, which was pretty good. The staff was just kind of doing there thing and not saying much, which I can understand. Maybe I'm just used to the friendly people at my local Starbucks. Anyway, good coffee and what I expected!
My local Starbucks. It's your standard great Starbucks. It's a small cozy store with not alot of seating area. It's your order on the app and go pick it up to go. Great Service, plenty of parking.

The right leadership and training makes all the difference. A while back I would have done anything possible to avoid this Starbucks location. The service had frankly gotten pretty bad (slow, impersonal, unfriendly) and they would sometimes even mess up the orders. I'm glad to say that I've come back to this Franklin Square location many times since COVID started and there have been great improvements! For one, the refurbished look is a great improvement. The store used to feel very cramped, and while it's a small footprint of a store, it feels open and spacious, which is especially great during COVID. Plexiglass protecting baristas and social distancing is also applied here. The 3 forms of ordering at this location are at the counter, mobile pickup, or curbside pickup. I was hesitant about curbside pickup given the store's slow history (feeling like I'd inevitably end up going inside anyway), but they actually bring your order to your car pretty quickly once it's ready. Mobile ordering is my go-to option in most cases, and they tend to prepare orders in about 5-10 minutes at a typical time of day (busier hours might be 8-12 minutes). Mobile pickup has a designated area and is a smooth process. They've never missed an estimated time for me in the last several months. If you know Starbucks, you know options are plentiful, everything a coffee shop would need and more. Quality here is on par with other Starbucks you'll encounter, and the orders are done right. I'm sold. I'm back. Thanks Franklin Square Starbucks!
I visited this location for the first time today! If you are a healthcare worker you get a free coffee all December with ID! I got a tall coffee with almond milk and 4/5 pumps of vanilla soooooo good! They young lady that was helping me was very helpful! This was my first hot coffee from Starbucks ever I alwaysssssss get iced! Very nice experience thank you! They do have stickers on the floor for Social distancing and all employees and customers wear a mask!
August 24, 2018 - this Starbucks isn't far from where I was staying. So before our long tour of N.Y.C I wanted to get something to drink (plus the weather was so damn hot in New York) The cashier was very polite and I didn't have to wait long to get our drinks. Also I was short by .40c and I only had a $20 bill on me so the cashier said she will cover it!! That was very nice of her.
